Example A A private ambulance company that needed to upgrade and replenish its AED stock. With a set budget that could not immediately finance the purchase of a large quantity of devices at once, the opportunity to lease these with final purchase over a set period, provided a great solution. The iPad range of defibrillators is the AED of choice for most of the NHS ambulance services who testify to their proven technology and ease of use. The client chose the iPad SP1 and wished to purchase some fifteen devices with a leasing package and final purchase. As the iPad SP1 has a ten-year warranty, the option to lease and buy over a five-year period made good sense. The client was able to provide all its private ambulances with the iPad SP1 units immediately as required, secure in the knowledge that they were leasing at a set cost and that they would own the units under warranty at the end of the agreed time-scale.

Example B A growing training company needs to increase its stock of Brayden CPR manikins and AED trainer devices on a limited budget.
